Lily is an accomplished and dedicated head groom with a passion for horses and a deep understanding of their needs and care. Lily holds a BSc Hons degree in equestrian sports science and has established herself as a trusted and respected professional.
Throughout her career, Lily has worked with a diverse range of horses, from high-performance athletes to beloved pets, ensuring their well-being and optimal health. Her exceptional knowledge of equine physiology, nutrition and grooming techniques has allowed her to provide top-tier care to horses under her supervision.
As a head groom, Lily has demonstrated strong leadership skills, currently overseeing a team of grooms and maintaining a well-organized and efficient stable environment. Lily excels in creating comprehensive care plans for each horse, tailoring feeding, exercise, and care routines to meet their individual needs.
With a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence, Lily consistently goes above and beyond to ensure that each horse receives the highest standard of care. Her dedication, knowledge and passion make her an invaluable asset to Sue Carson saddles earning her the admiration and respect of fellow professionals in the industry.

Along with holding position as Sue's head groom, Lily has now become a fully trained saddle fitter and is becoming a firm favourite with clients. She is also a rider for Sue Carson Saddles having competed up to Medium level achieving two National British Dressage titles.
